CSR Health Academy operates a 14-day money-back guarantee on all online courses, provided that the student has not accessed or started the course content.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be granted if:

• You have started any lesson, video, or assessment

• You have downloaded course content or resources

• You have received a certificate of completion

• Any service or support has already been provided

In accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2015, you waive your right to a refund once you access digital course content.
